The death of a man found in Lanarkshire is being treated as “unexplained” by police.

Emergency services were called to a property in Shiel Gardens, Shotts at around 8.20am on Thursday 9 May 2024.

A man was pronounced dead at the scene, and enquiries into the incident are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
