Man due in court after 15-year-old stabbed in Possil

A 25-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault

A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Glasgow on Monday.

It happened around 4.30 pm on Monday 29 July 2019, officers were called to a report of a 15 year old boy being seriously injured in Saracen Street, Glasgow.

The teenager was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children after being stabbed during an altercation.

A 25 year old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today in connection with the serious assault.

Police say a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
