Uddingston road remains closed after pedestrian hit by car
It happened around 11 o'clock this morning and involved a pedestrian and a car.
A pedestrian was struck by a car in Uddingston this morning.
It happened at around 11 o'clock on the B7071 Glasgow Road at Belmont Avenue.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are currently in attendance following a road traffic crash which happened on the B7071 Glasgow Road at Belmont Avenue, Uddingston, at around 11am on Wednesday, 17 May, 2023.
“The crash involved a pedestrian and a car.
“Emergency services remain at the scene and the road is currently closed.”
