Edenderry Nursery School
The Edenderry Nursery are able to provide educational outings and fun activities with the support of Cash for Kids.
Cash for Kids have been able to help Edenderry Nursery School provide fun and educational activities and outings for children, as well as a creative "Hullabaloo Interactive" workshop.
The Edenderry Nursery School works with children between the ages of 3-4 years old. These children have high levels of need, with poor speech, behavioural issues, development delay and emotional difficulties. The activities Cash for Kids have been able to help provide aims to engage the children so they can start to develop these skills and prepare the children for primary school.
The Hullabaloo Interactive Theatre will involve story telling through reading, music and movement. This will help to promote creativity and improve literacy skills. In addition to this drama will be used to encourage the children to talk and play to each other and increase their confidence.
