Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you've got to make it a good one!

It's fair to say we do have some 'interesting' delicacies and foods, that perhaps only the locals would enjoy.

But what makes our Ulster Fry so special? Could it be the crunch of the fried potato farl, or the fluffy soda bread dipped into a runny fried egg?

Different variations include mushrooms, hash browns, fried tomatoes, baked beans, veggie roll and black/white pudding.

The main rule is...along as your plate is so full you have to carry it with two hands, you're in for a treat. You'll have to try it to see for yourself.
