The services MACS offer helps integrate young people into a network which includes housing, employment, recreation, education, and personal development opportunities. They encourage young people to lead a healthy lifestyle by organising running, cycling and trampolining groups and are also in the process of setting up a 'Mini-Gym' in the office.

With the grant they have received from Cash for Kids they will be be able to provide gym equipment and to set up a shower unit for anyone who needs their help. A lot of the young people have experienced care or have been homelesss and have significant mental health issues. Along side other interventions the provision of a mini-gym will have a positive impact on their mental and physical wellbeing. As well as the gym equipment and shower facilities they will also be able to provide the young people with the proper sports attire i.e.; trainers and sports clothing.
