The current series of Celebrity Big Brother has certainly had its ups and downs, and now a brand new nominations twist is set to shake things up even further.

On tonight's live eviction show, one housemate will leave the show as normal but as revealed by Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On the Side host Rylan Clark-Neal, a shock twist will occur which is set to change two housemates’ future on the show.

The housemates will be forced to vote for one person to have ‘eternal immunity’, which means they can never be put up for eviction, meaning they have clear pass through to the big final.

However, the twist doesn’t end there, in an attempt to get the temperature rising even further, the eternally immune housemate will then be asked to choose one other housemate to receive ‘eternal nominations’, meaning they will be up for eviction each time.

Rylan said, “The housemate who wins the eternal immunity will choose one housemate to be up for eternal nomination. Which means…it is the first eternal immunity and eternal nomination of the series.”

The scenes are set to air on the show this evening.

Already James Jordan, Austin Armacost and Jasmine Waltz have been evicted from the show, with Brandon Block and Ray-J choosing to leave the house and another eviction is looming.

On last night’s show housemates were paired up as part of the ‘Superhero’ and ‘Sidekick’ shopping task and it turns out the recent task is actually part of this week’s eviction.

Each pair were called into separate room where they were presented with a button. Big Brother told housemates that if they pressed the button it would save them but their partner would face eviction instead.

If neither of them pressed the button, they would both be saved and if they both pressed the button, they would both face eviction.

It has already been revealed that controversial housemate Kim Woodburn will face eviction, with the others set to be revealed on tonight’s show on Channel 5 at 9pm.
