Darren Osborne hasn’t had it easy in Hollyoaks after attempting to rekindle things with Nancy Osborne while still being married to Mandy Richardson.
However next week he has a huge decision to make regarding his love life – but who will he choose his ex-wife Nancy, or current wife Mandy?
And it looks like viewers might not get to find out his decision because tragedy strikes and Darren is left fighting for his life in the hospital - will he pull through?
It’s Sid Sumners birthday but there’s drama in store when Juliet and Romeo Nightingale’s mum Donna Marie arrives in the village, Martine Deveraux wants to go partying and Leah Hay stands up to Trish.
Elsewhere Luke Morgan’s health takes a turn, Fergus has a proposition for Grace Black and Summer Ranger plans to visit Buster Smith in prison.

The week begins with Darren making a decision about the women in his life however just before he's able to say how he's feeling, The Loft sign falls on top of him - leaving him fighting for his life. While Darren is in a coma, Nancy and Mandy are at odds... Later, Darren takes a turn for the worse.
When Luke forgets Darren's name, it becomes clear that his dementia is getting worse. Cindy makes a shocking decision for the sake of Luke.
Fergus has a sinister plan to sabotage Grace's relaunch of her club. Later it appears that loyalties have been lost as Grace blames Felix Westwood for sinking her club, she later agrees to work with Fergus – however he's unaware that she's scheming behind his back.
When Summer tells Brody she wishes her dad could walk her down the aisle, he suggest Damon Kinsella instead. A furious Summer then arranges to meet evil Buster in prison.
While Juliet and Peri plan a surprise party for Sid, Peri notices a text message from her girlfriend's mum Donna Marie. Later, Romeo makes it clear that he'll never forgive his mum - but what will Juliet decide?
Martine isn't comfortable feeling like a patient and decides she wants to get her groove back by partying. After Celeste admits she and Toby are worried they might lose their mum again, she begins to open up about her chemotherapy journey.
