Hollyoaks reveal two brand new characters
NEW CHARACTER ALERT!
If you're a fan of Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks you are going to be excited about this news! The soap has revealed not one, but two brand new characters and lets just say they are rather pleasing on the eye.
Brought in as part of the soaps #IbizaOaks, which sees some of the cast travelling out to Ibiza to film scenes for Six Weeks Of Summer, the two new characters are best mates Damon and Brody.
Played by actors Jacob Roberts (Damon) and Adam Woodward (Brody), the new boys were introduced to fans via the soap's official social media account.
Sharing a shot of actor Adam on sunbed in Ibiza, the show captioned the snap with, 'NEW HOT GUY ALERT. Welcome to 'Oaks @AJ_Woodward1 #IbizaOaks'.
If you are a viewer of Emmerdale you may recognise Adam as he recently starred in the soap as the escort who was paid by Tracy to date Finn.
Speaking about his new role he said, "I’m so chuffed to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks and filming my first scenes in Ibiza! Brody is a brilliant character to play and I can’t wait to see what the fans think of him."
Jacob also shared his excitement as his new role. The actor took to Twitter to tell fans he 'can't wait' to portray the role of Damon.
Jacob recently spoke about his new role when he said, "I am really excited to be part of the cast of Hollyoaks. I really enjoy playing the role of Damon and I am looking forward to the fans discovering who he really is and who he is connected to in the village."
The new boys are set to make their first appearance on Hollyoaks later in the summer.
Meanwhile the rest of the Hollyoaks cast members are out in Ibiza filming scenes for the upcoming episodes. Stars of the show including the likes of Ellis Hollins (Tom Cunnigham), Amanda Clapham (Holly Cunnigham), Sophie Porley (Ellie Knightingale) and many more are out on the island and have been keeping fans up to date with behind the scenes snaps.
The official Hollyoaks Instagram page has also been sharing updates, including a short video of the boys in the sun.
Meanwhile viewers are hooked on the soap this week to discover whether Adam will go through with his wedding to Maxine after his ex-girlfriend Darcy is doing her best to stop him.
Monday night's episode ended with Darcy telling Adam he'd be making a huge mistake to marry Maxine and declared her love for her ex.

The wedding scenes are expected to air on tonight's Channel 4 episode at 6.30pm.
