Edinburgh City striker Ouzy See is swapping the training pitch for the Love Island villa this summer.

The 28-year old has been given permission by his club to fly to Spain to take part in the popular ITV2 dating show.

See scored six goals in all competitions last season as his side finished sixth in League One.

He has also featured for Forfar Athletic, Berwick Rangers and Albion Rovers during his career.

The forward is expected to enter as one of the Casa Amor bombshells.

His club confirmed the news by Tweeting: "We want to wish our striker @ouzysee all the best in the @LoveIsland House, behave yourself big man aye? 🤣"

His involvement in the show could impact his start to the season with Edinburgh City set to kick off their Viaplay Cup group stage against Kelty Hearts on July 19.

The capital club also host Premiership side Hibernian in a friendly tomorrow.
