Police investigating the 'unexpected death' of a man in Hemel Hempstead - have arrested two men on suspicion of blackmail.
Reports suggest the man was in his 40s and found in a vehicle in Bohemia on Sunday 14th August.
But officers say the death is not being treated as murder.
The men arrested have been released under investigation.
