Boy arrested in Bracknell robberies investigation

It comes after four people were robbed in the town

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a series of robberies in Bracknell.

On Tuesday 26 March, a boy has robbed three people on The Lexicon, Skimped Hill Lane and Market Street, between the hours of 1.30pm and 3pm. He has threatened all victims with a knife during these incidents.

On Friday 12 April, a boy has robbed a fourth person on Skimped Hill Lane.

A 14 year old boy from Lewisham was arrested on Friday 12 April on suspicion of robbery. He has been released on bail.

Lead investigator Elle Read, based at Loddon Valley police station, said:

“We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dash-cam or CCTV footage of these incidents to please come forward.

“I would also urge anyone else who may have been victim to incidents of this nature in recent weeks to please get in touch.
