Storm Ciaran continues to batter Devon

Devon continues to be one of the worst affected areas of Storm Ciaran which has brought with it high winds and heavy rain.

Here's some of the disruption it's causing across the area:

Part of the slipway has collapsed at Exmouth. East Devon Council had been working in the area to prepare for the storm.

High winds have had a dramatic affect on the sea, with huge waves spotted.
