Car destroyed in fire near Winterborne Monkton

Firefighters from Dorchester were called to the blaze yesterday afternoon

A car has been destroyed in a fire near Winterborne Monkton.

Firefighters from Dorchester were sent to the A354 just before 3pm yesterday.

A spokesperson for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said:

" Crews are extinguishing the fire using two hose reel jets. Police are also in attendance."
