20 year old charged a year after fatal crash in Milngavie
He is set to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday
A 20 year old man is set to appear in court having been arrested and charged more than a year after a fatal crash in Milngavie.
The incident happened just after 9pm on Auchenhowie Road on Sunday 26 February 2023.
21 year old Ryan Wheeler, who was a passenger in the back of the Skoda Superb, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 19 year old male driver and a 16 year old girl, who had also been a passenger, were taken to hospital with serious injuries but later discharged.
The 20 year old will appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday 7 May, while two men aged 18 and 24, who were previously arrested and charged in connection with the incident, will appear at a later date.
