Black History Month: How Gloucestershire County Council are supporting staff from the black community

At Gloucestershire County Council, people from a black or minority ethnic background are supported through the Black Workers Network.

It aims to provide wellbeing support to staff from Caribbean, African, Asian and Chinese backgrounds, as well as enable the council to create and inclusive and diverse working environment and county.

Althia Lyn is to co-chair of the network, and we caught up with her about how they've been supporting staff during the insurgence of the Black Lives Matter Movement and the coronavirus pandemic.
