No matter how old you are, it's most likely that you'll have seen Mrs Doubtfire at least one time in your life. The feel-good family film was a hit all around the world when it was released in the US 25 years ago, and 24 years ago in the UK.

In case you've been living under a rock, the 1993/4 film is about a man - played by the beloved Robin Williams - who goes through a separation from his wife and loses his job at the same time, before buying a wig and a prosthetic face in order to portray an elderly housekeeper so that he can spend time with his three children surreptitiously.

Of course, it all comes out - but the film has a happy, if unconventional, ending. Starring Sally Field as mum Miranda to the three children, Lydia, Chris and Natalie, it also featured Pierce Brosnan as Miranda's love interest and stepdad to the three kids.

The children, played by Lisa Jakub, Matthew Lawrence and Mara Wilson - who also starred in Matilda and Miracle On 34th Street - are now obviously all grown up, and reunited for an adorable photo with their on-screen stepdad on the film's 25th US anniversary.
