Police appeal after alleged outraging public decency incident in Salisbury car park

Police say there has allegedly been an incident of a man outraging public decency in Salisbury.

The incident happened between 6pm and 8pm on Wednesday 10th August at Churchill Gardens car park.

It's alleged that a man was inside a small black hatchback vehicle, masturbating in clear view of others around.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, police say they have no further description at this time.
