Tools stolen from Wilton flat renovation
They're thought to be worth around £1,000
A block of flats that's being renovated to provide subsidised housing for elderly people in Wilton has been burgled.
Wiltshire Police tell us the property on King Street was broken into between 5.00pm on Tuesday (25th January) and 8.00am yesterday morning (26th January).
Tools worth more than £1,000 were taken from inside.
Damage was also caused to the building itself, which is owned by the Salisbury City Almshouse and Welfare Charities.
Police know want to hear from anyone who might have seen anything suspicious at the site, or who can pass on CCTV or dash cam footage that might help with enquiries.
