Thrill rides
Brave adventurers can prepare to plunge 25m into Chessington’s latest jaw dropping ride – Croc Drop. The thrills don’t stop there, as you take on the wild ride of the legendary Vampire - soaring through the skies and whizzing over treetops like a bat, as your legs dangle below in a heart-stopping adventure.
Then travel to the mythical Land of the Dragons and soar like a winged beast on Dragon’s Fury. Venture to Wild Asia where you can slither like a snake on Kobra, or swing like a monkey on Monkey Swinger. In the Forbidden Kingdom delve into Pharaoh’s tomb and face spiders and skeletons in your quest on Tomb Blaster.
In the far-flung land of Mexicana journey into a world of sweeping sands and gold mines on board Scorpion Express, before enjoying a speedy adventure through a poisonous snakes’ dwelling on Rattlesnake.
There’s so much to see and do for families of daring explorers. Top tip – take a look at the view from the top of Tiger Rock, you may just spot a couple of London landmarks!
Fun for all
Only at Chessington can you and your family step straight into the pages of some of your favourite stories and meet the characters too. Meet a creature with ‘terrible tusks’ and ‘terrible claws’ - The Gruffalo! Float down the lazy river on The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure, then help Witch and her Cat find her lost belongings in Room on the Broom - A Magical Journey.
Join everyone’s favourite patchwork elephant, Elmer, as he and his friends take flight on Elmer’s Flying Jumbos. Plus, don’t miss out on the new live show, Elmer and the Bedtime Story - followed by a meet and greet with Elmer.
From Land of the Dragons to Wild Asia you’ll find big adventures for little rangers at Chessington! You’ll even journey to the Rainforest, with three rides perfect for families with kids in search of their first wild adventure. Explore the rainforests of the world by road, river and from the treetop canopy.
As well as these rides and attractions, there’s lots more to do with your little monkeys at Chessington – soft play, live daily shows, Zoo-per encounters with animal talks and feeds and a SEA LIFE Centre.
Britain’s Wildest Adventure
No adventure is complete without coming face-to-face with some of the 1000+ incredible creatures at Chessington - you’ll encounter them around every corner!
Meet a family of four endangered Amur tigers, Tsar, Kyra, Olga and Kalinka in Land of the Tiger and stare wide-eyed as this majestic animal roams above you in Europe’s first overhead trails.
Head on ZUFARI, a safari in London, to roam with rhino and gallop with giraffe. Little monkeys can also play among Spider and Squirrel monkeys in a treetop adventure, before walking alongside jungle giants, a troop of endangered Western Lowland gorillas.
