This Christmas Greatest Hits Radio is having a ball with the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford as official media partner of pantomime, Cinderella!
This classic rags to riches tale stars EastEnders favourite Lucy Benjamin as the Wicked Stepmother, and runs from Saturday 2 December 2023 until Sunday 7 January 2024.
Co-founder of Guildford Shakespeare Company, Matt Pinches plays Ugly Step-sister Louise to Peter Gordon’s Thelma. Broadcaster and lifelong Guildfordian, Peter Gordon returns for his eighteenth year as panto dame at the Yvonne Arnaud. Two-time panto award nominee, Lauren Azania is excited to bring her signature magic and glitter to Guildford as the Fairy Godmother, she’ll join Cebeebies star James Merry, who the theatre is pleased to welcome back for his third Yvonne Arnaud panto. Clair Gleave plays the titular character of Cinderella, and Stanton Wright completes the fairy-tale couple as Prince Charming.
Yvonne Arnaud’s sparkling, award-winning pantomimes are made and rehearsed, in house at the theatre – so expect plenty of slapstick and slosh, music and magic!
