CCTV issued following assault at Godalming pub

Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to following a serious assault in a Godalming pub.

The incident took place in The Volunteer pub in Wharf Street at around 2:15am.

Police were called to the area following reports of an assault, where one person has been left with serious head injuries. They are receiving treatment in hospital.

Officers want anyone who recognises the man to contact them.
