The Surrey market town won the national vote for 'Best place to live 2022' in the Muddy Stiletto awards.
In the region specific categories, Godalming classed as Surrey's top place to live, followed by Dorking and Reigate.
The Muddy Stilettos awards are produced by the website of the same name and classes itself as an online 'urban guide to the countryside' for women.
