Police warn about dangerous drugs on the streets of Waverley

A warning from police about possibly lethal drugs on the streets of Waverely.

A report has been made about the potential purchase of fentanyl and carfentanil which are usually mixed with heroin often without the users knowledge.

These substances are more likely to cause fatal overdoses than standard heroin.

Police say they're making enquiries and are asking anyone with information to come forward quoting crime reference number PR/45220028091.
