Woman dies in Shadwell crash
Two others were injured
A woman's died following a fatal crash in Shadwell.
It happened at 11.41am yesterday (Monday 29 April) on the A1066 when a silver Honda CR-V left the road and collided with a ditch.
The front passenger, a woman in her 80s, died at the scene.
The driver a man also in his 80s and the rear passenge, a woman in her 20s, both suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed in both directions whilst emergency services attended the scene, including fire, ambulance and air ambulance.
The road reopened at 5.30pm.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage.
