Large barn fire in Fylingdales

There is a large barn fire in Fylingdales.

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service says four fire engines, crews from Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby and Scarborough and an officer are currently in attendance to the incident, which happened at around 3.10pm.

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service says the fire involves hay bales and a tractor.

They say the farmer has removed cattle from the barn and crews are currently tackling the fire and assisting in removing as many unaffected hay bales as possible.
