Little Mix's music video for their iconic single 'Shout Out To My Ex' has just surpassed 400 MILLION views on YouTube! The video, which was uploaded in October 2016, stars the girls embarking on an epic road trip.

Although the single was released in October 2016, fans of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock are clearly still obsessed with the track, which appears on their album 'Glory Days', and have kept watching the video in order for it to reach this incredible milestone.

The video, filmed in the Tabernas Desert in Almería, Spain, sees them hang out by a trailer, hit the pool and dance round the desert in an array of outfits - plus they go zooming past a hitchhiker who bears a resemblance to Perrie’s ex Zayn Malik, which will no doubt add fuel to the fire that the track is about him.

Is 'Shout Out To My Ex' about Zayn?

Fans became pretty convinced that the song WAS about Zayn, considering it came out just three months after Zayn and Perrie's split in August 2016 - and some even thought she was directly referencing him in the lyrics:

'Took four long years to call it quits / Forget that boy, I'm over it / Guess I should say thank you / For the hate yous and the tattoos.'

The pair were together for four years, and Zayn even got a tattoo of Perrie on his arm - which has since been covered up.

Little Mix appeared on This Morning to discuss the new song, and when Phillip asked if they had someone in particular in mind when writing the song, to which Jesy blurted out “YES!” before saying, “Oops”, and looking at Perrie.

Clearly embarrassed, Perrie then grabbed a cushion to hide behind before admitting, "It's a happy heartbreak song... it makes you feel really great," as Leigh-Anne then added “It relates to everyone on this earth."

Who wrote 'Shout Out To My Ex'?

Little Mix co-wrote the song with songwriters Ed Drewett, Edvard Førre Erfjord, Henrik Michelsen, Camille Purcell (AKA Kamille), Iain James.
