Lady Gaga postpones European tour after suffering 'severe physical pain'

Lady Gaga has announced she is postponing the European leg of her world tour after suffering 'severe physical pain'. In a statement the 'Poker Face' singer is said to be 'under the care of expert medical professionals who recommended the postponement'.
The statement continues, 'She plans to spend the next seven weeks proactively working with her doctors to heal from this and past traumas that still affect her daily life, and result in severe physical pain in her body.'
The 'Alejandro' singer followed up the statement on Instagram this morning with a photo showing the singer with her hands in a praying position, and a long caption which read, 'I have always been honest about my physical and mental health struggles.'
Going on to say when she feels stronger she will explain her 'story in more depth'.
She ended her caption saying, 'I am looking forward to touring again soon, but I have to be with my doctors right now so I can be strong and perform for you all for the next 60 years or more. I love you so much.'
Lady Gaga has previously posted on social media saying she suffers from fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition.
Lady Gaga started her 'Joanne World Tour' last month in Canada and has been touring North America, before she was due to continue in Europe next week. However, she recently had to cancel two shows, the first on the 4th September in Montreal citing 'Respiratory infection and laryngitis' and last week in Rio de Janeiro, due to 'body pain'.
Sadly for the 31-year-old it seems that the 'body pain' is continuing so she has been forced to reschedule her European dates, however the second leg of her North American tour is expected to go ahead as planned.
This postponement will affect all dates in her European tour which was due to start on the 21st September in Barcelona, ending in Koln, Germany on the 28th October.

October 12th - Genting Arena, Birmingham
October 15th - Genting Arena, Birmingham
October 17th - Manchester Arena, Manchester
Those who have bought tickets to the shows are being told to keep hold of them until further information is released regarding re-scheduled dates.
