He may be at home injured whilst his England team mates attempt to make history, but it seems footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is still in good spirits. The 24-year-old posted the most adorable message to his girlfriend, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, on Instagram as she celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday (Tuesday 10th July).
Sharing a cosy photo of the pair, Alex wrote, 'Happy Birthday to the one and only, 25 today! 🎂 Love you shweetheart ❤️' sic
Fans were quick to comment on his post, with many calling the couple's relationship 'goals'. One user added, 'You 2 are perfect together love you both 😘😘😘' sic, with another adding, 'please marry!'.
Perrie and Alex reportedly started dating at the end of 2016 but only went public with their romance in January 2017. Since then, the pair have posted a number of loved up selfies to their social media pages, showing the world how in love they are.

Meanwhile, work commitments are keeping Perrie and Alex apart at the moment. Perrie and the rest of the Little Mix girls kicked off their 'Summer Hits Tour' of the UK last week.
The group have already performed in Hove, Swansea and Colchester, with more dates to come in Northampton, Hull, Bolton, Huddersfield, Derby, Lincolnshire, Norwich, Gateshead, Falkirk, Aberdeen and Inverness.
