Popular evening quiz show The Chase is a favourite with the nation but on last night’s show viewers witnessed show host Bradley Walsh get frustrated with Chaser Anne Hegerty as she broke the rules!

Now Bradley is known for not being able to control his laughter when inappropriate questions pop up and this time was no different. As the question ‘Who became the governor of Idaho in 2007’ popped up with the answers ‘Butch Otter’, ‘Gritty Beaver’ and ‘Study Muskrat’, the popular host burst out into a fit of giggles.

His laughter was soon cut short when Chaser Anne pressed her buzzer before Bradley finished reading out the potential answers…

The rules of the show state that both the Chaser and contestant must wait until Bradley has completed the question and read out all of the options before choosing their answer, so when Anne pressed her buzzer prematurely Bradley expressed his shock.

He said, "You're not allowed to press until I've said the last thing!"

Anne then responded saying, "You weren't going to say it." With Bradley jokingly replying, "It doesn't matter, it's against the rules. You're not allowed to do that."

She won’t do that again!

Despite her naughty rule breaking, Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty proved exactly why she’s one of the show’s most popular Chasers in the final round.

Despite most viewers wanting the contestants to win, many people took to Twitter to praise her efforts in the final round.

Meanwhile, Bradley has taken a break from his The Chase duties recently and released his very own music album.

Titled ‘Chasing Dreams’, the album includes the presenter performing some of his favourite songs including ‘Fly Me To The Moon’ and ‘That’s Life’.

The album is out now and has already debuted in the official top 10 of the UK charts.

Impressive!
