Bridgit Mendler is In:Demand

Bridgit Mendler visited In:Demand Towers for the very first time to speak to Alex about her new song, cooking and her video hitting 23 million views on YouTube. Alex asked Bridgit what her favourite song is, she says "I'm in a History of Jazz course right now, so I get exposed to a lot of old Jazz music and I'm loving Louis Armstrong. I'm only taking one course at the University right now but it's really cool and fun!" When Alex asks what influence The Fugees had on her single, Ready or Not. Bridgit said, "We were working on the album, it was towards the end of the timeframe we had to write the songs. Then one day one of the other writers came in and told us check out the song. We thought it was really cool and we'd try working with that. You have to pay respect to the original and I hope that we've done that."
