Some hailed him the best contestant ever
If you’re a fan of daytime quiz show The Chase you’ll know that the contestants don’t always have the best winning rate against the chasers, but a recent contestant showed off his knowledge with a very impressive performance.
Although we’ve witnessed some very good performances on the show before, we think Terry, who is known as The Telminator to his friends, might just be the best yet.
Terry first started to impress viewers when he only failed to answer one question in the cash builder round. When chaser Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty offered him a higher offer of £50,000, Terry was confident enough to take it on.

Viewers then watched on as Terry made it into the final round having taken back a massive £50,000 to his teammates with The Governess saying, "I can't remember when I last played a better player."
Along with the other team members’ winnings, Terry and the team went on to play for a whopping £61,000 and his impressive general knowledge didn’t end there, leading them to a victory over the chaser.
