Coronation Street viewers pick up on two blunders in one night
Corrie breakfasts are rather time-consuming and that prison is rather familiar.
The New Year has only just begun, but once again a gaffe has hit the award winning soap - twice!
Last night's episode saw not one, but two blunders and eagle-eyed viewers were quick to point out the mistakes on social media.
One mistake picked up by Twitter user Kevin was a continuity error when Johnny Connor and Jenny Bradley were having breakfast served by cafe owner Roy.
As Kevin noticed, it took the pair a rather long time to eat the most important meal of the day, tweeting, '3hrs to eat your breakfast !!!!' with a photo of two stills from the episode.
One photo clearly showed a large clock with the time 9 o'clock, but just seconds later in the same scene the same clock read 12 o'clock.
Also in last night's episode keen-sighted viewers noticed something all too familiar about the prison gates of HM Prison Norcross where Maria Connor is being held.
In the scene Aidan is outside the prison on the phone to Eva whose bus has broken down, but for those familiar with the TV series it wasn't long before viewers noticed that he was actually outside the Coronation Street gates.
