A huge congratulations is in order for our very own Fleur East, as the Hits Radio presenter has announced she's pregnant with her first child!
36-year-old Fleur kicked off the New Year with a huge announcement on social media, telling her followers she was pregnant with her husband, Marcel Badiane-Robin. Sharing the most stunning snap of herself, Fleur told fans: '2024 is gonna be different…👶❤️'. (sic)
Fleur's showbiz friends were quick to comment on the post, with many sharing their excitement about the amazing news.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock wrote: 'Congrats beauty', with Zara McDermott adding: 'Congratulations !😍😍❤️❤️ you’re going to be an amazing mummy'. Fleur's Strictly partner Vito Coppola then wrote: 'Yessssss 🥰😍🎊OMG 🤩🤩🤩 I cannot waaaaaait to be baaaaaack 😁🙌 Congratulations guyssss'. (sic)
Hits Radio presenter and King of the Jungle Sam Thompson then commented: 'Fleur!! Congratulations!' (sic)
Actress Kym Marsh added: 'Ahhh babe!!!! I’m so happy for you! Congrats ❤️', with Alison Hammond adding: 'Congratulations Fleur 😍'. Hits Radio's Gemma Atkinson also commented: 'Beautiful! Congratulations ♥️'. (sic)
Speaking about her pregnancy on air, Fleur said: "There are lots of flowers in my home since the announcement, but I haven’t had a baby shower - and I’m not planning to have one - but I feel like I’ve been showered at the moment!"
Going on to explain that she doesn't know what the baby's gender is, Fleur said: "No, I’m not going to find out, so no gender reveal party over here!" Explaining that she does have a list of names in mind, Fleur added: "I’m still looking so any suggestions are welcome."
