Now the mum-of-five has shared a cryptic snap to her Instagram page of a wall art design with the words 'Dream big River', leading fans to believe it is the chosen name for baby number five.
Many commented on the snap asking 'is this the name of the little one?' With others congratulating the couple on their name choice.
Jamie and Jools have been married since 2000 and are already proud parents to Poppy, 14, Daisy, 13, Petal, seven, and Buddy, five.
Since the new arrival, Jamie has shared constant updates and cute photos of his youngest son.
