Justin Bieber's love life might one day be the subject of a Hollywood film - it's got that many elements to it. But after announcing his engagement to Hailey Baldwin in July, rumours have been swirling that the two lovebirds may have already tied the knot.

Speculation that they'd gotten engaged began to grow in June after the pair reunited in May, and Justin took to Instagram to confirm they'd become engaged in July with a very lengthy post.

Ever since, there have been signs that the 'Sorry' hitmaker had already married actress Hailey - especially after they were spotted at a court house in New York City well-known for issuing marriage licences, and Justin was seen crying tears of happiness.

But now, it's actually come straight from the horse's mouth - sort of. The Daily Mail are reporting that Justin "let slip" he'd married his 21-year-old fiancée, as an eyewitness told the publication that they'd been dining near the couple at restaurant Joan's On Third in Los Angeles and had to ask.

They told the publication, "I said to them, 'I don’t want to say congratulations, but are you married?' Justin said, 'Yes, we are married'.

"He explained that they have their ups and downs just like every other couple. He said he has a lot of baggage and called Hailey 'an angel' for sticking by his side, but she just rolled her eyes."

Well, that's pretty definitive!

Hailey recently revealed to Harper's Bazaar that she'd already thought about having children with her new potential husband, saying of her tattoos, "I want more! But I’m keeping space for my kids’ names. Certain sentimental things, and I don’t want to fill all the cute spots before I get there."

Exciting!
