Social media went into a loved up frenzy yesterday to celebrate Valentine's Day. And whilst a whole host of celebrities declared their love for their partners, it was Liam Payne's adorable photo which melted our hearts.

Due to the fact the One Direction star and his girlfriend Cheryl Tweedy like to keep their son Bear out of public, we get very excited when the parents decide to give a little glimpse of him.

Delighting his fan base, Liam shared a super cute photo of baby Bear wearing an even cuter baby grow which read, 'Bear is mummy's little Valentine'.

The former One Direction star then captioned the photo with, 'Happy Valentine's Day @CherylOfficial and everyone. Looks like I've got the big guy to compete with now'.

Fans of the couple flooded the new snap with thousands of likes and comments. One user wrote, 'That is so cute', with another adding, OMG, Adorable!'

Proud mum Cheryl also commented on the post, she shared a number of emojis including, '👀😍😂'.

After her split from fellow Love Island star Marcel Somervillle, CBB star Gabby Allen announced she is now dating X Factor winner Myles Stephenson.

Liam's new photo comes after Cheryl sparked engagement rumours by wearing a stunning ring on her engagement finger last week.

During an event at St James's Palace with Prince Charles, Cheryl wowed in a slim black dress, but it was her choice of jewellery that got people talking.

When fans spotted a ring on her finger, rumours went into overdrive that Liam had proposed to his girlfriend of two years.

It was later confirmed by the pair's representative that the ring in question was simply 'costume jewellery'.

In other Liam and Cheryl news, it looks like Cheryl could be making her return to TV a lot sooner than expected.

It's being reported that the former Girls Aloud singer is working on new BBC show The Greatest Show as a judge.

Footage from a fan account shows the 34-year-old standing behind a judges table alongside Matthew Morrison and Oti Mabuse.

As well as this, Cheryl is working on brand new solo music and she's also expected to return to The X Factor judging panel later in the year.
