Singer Louis Tomlinson has helped to raise a whopping amount of money for the Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice with the music video for his new single 'Two Of Us'. The 27-year-old from Doncaster, who released the video for the new single last week, encouraged his fans to donate to the Sheffield-base charity in a call to action on his music video, which has since raised an incredible £10,000.

The heartwarming music video saw former One Direction star Louis team up with 83-year-old Richard Green to complete a bucket list of adventures that he'd been trying to complete after losing his wife Pat in December 2016 - the same month Louis tragically lost his mother, Johannah Deakin.

Louis also called for fans to donate to Alzheimers Society, in memory of Richard's wife Pat who passed away from Alzheimer's, as well as Cancer Research UK, as his mum passed away after having cancer.

The incredible video touched the hearts of fans all over the world, and they have collectively raised £10,000 for the charity, which 'cares for children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions' in South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire.

Speaking to Doncaster Free Press, Helen Mower, Hospice Head of Fundraising, said, "Everyone here is a big fan of Louis. He is a huge star but he never forgets his roots. This is a fantastic amount of money for us and we are so very grateful.

"Over the last 10 years we have cared for many families from his home town of Doncaster, and his kindness and thoughtfulness towards us never ceases."

Louis explained what inspired him to make the video in an Instagram post, which read, 'A month or so ago, I met an amazing man called Richard. He had a few things he wanted to do so I thought I'd help him out.

'This video feels particularly relevant and powerful to me. Richard is a classic example of a fearless man who, in light of tragedy, still pushes himself to live with as much happiness and laughter as possible. I hope you enjoy watching this video as much as I did making it.'

Louis will be performing in an incredible line-up at the Birmingham Arena on Saturday 4th May. Taking to the stage, he'll perform his biggest hits in a line-up that also includes Ellie Goulding, Zara Larsson, James Arthur, The Vamps, Mabel, Tom Walker, Lewis Capaldi and HRVY.
