Over the weekend, news broke of Strictly Come Dancing contestant Seann Walsh and his professional dancing partner Katya Jones kissing outside a London pub. Now, Seann's long-term girlfriend, Rebecca Humphries, has made her feelings clear on Twitter as she chose to like and respond to some supportive tweets.

The actress responded to a tweet from best-selling author and Strictly superfan Marian Keyes. In the tweet, Marian referenced a fan game were people give 'AGINs' to celebrities or pros for doing things they don't like. In her tweet, Marian said she was putting, 'ALL THREE of my AGINs on Seannnnnnn Walsh'.

Rebecca then simply replied to Marian saying, 'Wanna be friends?'

This started a conversation between Rebecca and Marian, with the author explaining how she felt for Seann's girlfriend, 'Of COURSE. I'm so upset for you, I've been thinking about you all day xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx', she tweeted.

Following her activity on Twitter, Rebecca has now appeared to unfollow Seann on Instagram. However, a photo she posted last month, showing Seann wearing a 'Keep Calm and Listen to Katya' T-shirt still remains on her Instagram feed, showing the support she had for her boyfriend and his professional dance partner.

This all comes after photos emerged over the weekend of Seann Walsh and Katya Jones kissing in public. Both Seann, and Katya, who is married to Strictly choreographer Neil Jones, have now issued separate statements, apologising for their actions saying it was 'one-off drunken mistake'.

Katya took to social media first saying, 'I’m so sorry about any offence or hurt I may have caused with my actions. I wasn’t thinking and it was a one-off mistake after some drinks. I love my husband and we are very happy together, this is not a reflection on our relationship.'

Whilst Seann posted his apology soon after saying, 'I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my actions. This is no excuse but it was a one-off drunken mistake which I am truly sorry for.'

A spokesperson for the BBC has reportedly said the couple will continue to take part in the series and it's "very much business as usual".

On the first ever series of Strictly back in 2001, news reader Natasha Kaplinsky and professional dancer Brendan Cole were paired together.

Despite both being in other relationships at the time, both Natasha and Brendan called off their romances and started dating after the series finished.

Their relationship didn't last long though, and they are now both happily married to other people.

Rachel Riley and Pasha Kovalev

Fast-forward to 2016 and Rachel revealed she was in a relationship with her 2013 Strictly partner Pasha Kovalev... And they are still together!

Joe Calzaghe and Kristina Rihanoff

When boxer Joe Calzaghe appeared on the show in 2009, he announced to the press that his relationship with his partner Jo-Emma Larvin had come to an end, just one week into his Strictly journey.

Joe's professional dance partner Kristina Rihanoff was more than a shoulder to cry on, with the pair starting a romance. They went on to date for four years after show, before announcing their split.

Ben Cohen and Kristina Rihanoff

After her relationship with Joe Calzaghe fell apart, Kristina later met another Strictly contestant, England rugby ace Ben Cohen.

Both Ben and Kristina have denied rumours that Ben was still with his ex-wife Abby Blayney at the time they started dating, with the pair claiming they didn't get together until a year later.

Things are going well however, the pair now share a daughter together called Milena and are in a happy relationship.

After her split from Joe Swash, actress Kara Tointon appeared on the 2010 series of Strictly and mended her broken heart with a little help from professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev.

Despite this, things didn't work out for the couple and Kara is now loved-up with her boyfriend Marius Jensen, with rumours suggesting she could be pregnant with the couple's first child.

Over the weekend, viewers got to see Seann and Katya perform a Matrix-themed paso doble which was awarded 30 points on Saturday night. The couple went through to the next round on Sunday night, which saw Lee Ryan leaving the show after a dance-off with actor Charles Venn.
