TOWIE's Lydia Bright opens up about her split with James 'Arg' Argent

Just days after confirming her split with James ‘Arg’ Argent, Lydia Bright has opened up about the reasoning behind the split claiming it was a ‘tough decision’.
Lydia and James, who is better known as Arg, confirmed their split at the start of week but Lydia has admitted the pair actually broke up seven weeks ago.
The 26-year-old opened up on an episode of Lorraine, she said “Me and James broke up nearly seven weeks ago. It was a tough decision to make but I felt like I didn’t have a choice. I’m stronger and happier now.”
The TOWIE star then went on to say “I’ve just been away to Indonesia and I’ve come back a lot more positive and strong and looking forward to the future.”
Knowing the history in their relationship, Lorraine asked “You’ll always love him though. You’ll always be friends. I want to shake him sometimes.”
To which Lydia responded “You and me both Lorraine.”

The pair have dated on and off since they were 16 and recently seemed to be happier than ever after putting their problems aside.
Despite now calling off their romance, friend and fellow cast member, Chloe Sims, has admitted she hopes the pair are just ‘having a break’ and can work out their differences once again.
