After rumours he broke up with her over text
Zayn Malik has set the record straight about his break-up with Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards.
There’d been rumours he dumped the star over text and that he's been texting her recently because he still loves her.
Opening up about it the solo artist told a magazine that he respects Perrie too much to have ended their relationship over text.
He went on to say that she knows that, he wants everyone else to know that but he doesn’t want to explain why he did it.
It explains a lot of the speculation but is there a chance they'll get back together?
A source apparently said Perrie still loves Zayn though in a recent interview the ‘Black Magic’ singer slammed her ex, saying she ‘knew’ he was trouble.
However it seems they’re both still single with the Little Mix star confessing she finds dates on Instagram.
The two were engaged and ended their four year relationship in August 2015.
