Adam Lambert joined Fleur East, James Barr and Producer Matt on Saturday (1st July) ahead of London Pride to talk about the official Pride song with Sigala ‘You Make Me Feel Mighty Real’.

The singer also did a rather convincing impression of Sir David Attenborough, and chatted about Celebrity Gogglebox, and the potential Bohemian Rhapsody sequel - but it turns out he didn't get the memo about that. 👀

Adam joined us at Hits Radio on Saturday, ahead of his performance at London Pride, where he was set to perform the official song he's released with Sigala, he explained to us why Pride was so important.

"Considering the fact that there's this, like, anti-queer sentiment going on and rising, I think it's really important for us to remind ourselves that we are a community, and that we do have each other, and that we're stronger together than separately. When you realise what it is that is freaking people out on the other side, why they're being so hateful, it means that we're doing something right."

He continued: "It means that we're shining brightly, it means that we're becoming exactly who we are. We're confident, we're strong, we're achieving lots of different things we're everything! You know, we're in all industries. We are making progress. We ARE making progress, and that's whey you know, the ignorant bigots are freaking out. 'Cos they don't know what to do with it."

Adam has been touring with the incredible band Queen for 12 years now, singing the songs made famous by the band with their late singer Freddie Mercury. So, when asked if he would be involved the sequel to Bohemian Rhapsody, he admitted he didn't know anything about it.

"Has this been confirmed?" Adam asked with surprise. In a recent interview with an American radio station, Queen's guitarist Brian May confirmed: "We'd love it - we'd love to make a sequel. It's finding the right script. It actually took us 12 years to find the right script for the first one, so I guess it's no surprise that it's not easy."

However, Adam continued: "I actually don't know anything about it, what's it going to be about?" When Matt explained it was going to be about the renaissance of the band after Freddie, Adam confirmed it was "news to me!"

Adam has also been appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside Beverley Knight, and the team asked him to do his best David Attenborough impression, and we have to say it's rather impressive! Take a look below...

Adam and Beverley appear on the TV show Starstuck, and he told Fleur, James and Matt that he loves being on the show. When asked who he would impersonate if he was to be a contestant he said: "I've said for a while Elvis would be fun, George Michel could be fun, I could do Cher! I've done the muffin man!"
