Singer Anne-Marie and American music producer and DJ Marshmello, are no strangers to producing hits. In 2017, both Marshmello and Anne-Marie had huge collaborations; Marshmello teamed up with Selena Gomez on 'Wolves' and Khalid on 'Silence', and Anne-Marie had the massive hit 'Rockabye'.
Now the DJ and singer have taken to Twitter to announce they are joining forces for a brand new single called 'Friends' due for release this Friday. And judging by the image, it's just in time for Valentine's Day!

Although Marshmello has announced the exciting news, singer Anne-Marie has yet to respond by either retweeting, or liking the DJ's tweet. We also have yet to hear if the new release will feature on either of the collaborators' albums.
Back in 2016, Marshmello remixed Anne-Marie's hit single 'Alarm', which went on to gain nearly 12 million Spotify streams.
After releasing her amazing track 'Bad Liar', Selena Gomez worked with music producer Marshmello on the hit 'Wolves'.

Last year Anne-Marie saw great success with her single 'Ciao Adios' which was the follow-up to her solo single 'Alarm' and the Clean Bandit song 'Rockabye' which featured her vocals. 'Ciao Adios' was Anne-Marie's first solo number one in the UK.
Meanwhile Marshmello's current collaboration with Selena Gomez is currently on the Hits Radio playlist. At the time of release 'Wolves' became a top 10 in the UK hit for the pair, so make sure you tune into hear it.
