After many rumours, surrounding new music, Beyoncé has just surprised fans by dropping a new album called 'Homecoming'. The new album contains live versions of many of her hits including, 'Crazy In Love', 'Mi Gente', 'Who Run The World (Girls)' and of course, no live album would be complete without 'Single Ladies'.

Beyoncé's new album comes on the same day that her Netflix documentary, that was previously confirmed, is released on the streaming platform. Announcing her new album on on Twitter, Beyoncé revealed the artwork and told her fans '#HOMECOMING out now. http://www.beyonce.com'.

Within just a couple of hours, Beyoncé's tweet has now received more than 25K likes and thousands of comments, with fans very excited to hear all of these amazing live tracks on one album. One fan commented, 'Legend. Queen of the Earth. Best Performer of All-time. Artist of the Century. Inventor of Everything Slayful and Joyful.', with another saying, 'MASTERPIECE 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾'.

Beyoncé's tweet earlier today is the first time she has tweeted since June 2018, which in itself has got her fans very excited, with one saying, 'I will tell my grandchildren I was awake for the Beyoncé tweet' and another tweeting, 'YOU TWEETED???? WHAT???? IS THIS REAL????'. sic

The 'Single Ladies' singer's new album has dropped on the same day as her new Netflix documentary, Homecoming: A Film By Beyoncé, which was confirmed earlier this month.

Netflix describe the show as an 'intimate, in-depth look at Beyoncé's celebrated 2018 Coachella performance', as it reveals 'the emotional road from creative concept to cultural movement.'

Beyoncé's performance at Coachella was one of the most talked about performances of the year. During the performance she wowed fans by reuniting with her former Destiny's Child band mates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.
