Liam Payne, former member of One Direction and all-round charmer, has just followed pop superstar Camila Cabello on Instagram after the announcement she's starring in Sony's live-action remake of Cinderella.

The 'Strip That Down' singer, who had adorable baby Bear with Cheryl back in 2017, has fans speculating that a collaboration between the two might be on the cards.

Pop power force Camila Cabello - with hits including 'Havana' and 'Crying in the Club' - has joined forces with numerous music stars in the past, including Shawn Mendes, Travis Scott, and Daddy Yankee. Maybe Liam will be the next lucky one!

Cuban-born singer Camila is currently working on her massively anticipated second album, after the success of her debut 'Camila', released in 2018. Many excited fans are speculating that the two could be collaborating for her second release, after Liam followed the star on Instagram.

One fan tweeted "New collab !!!!" sic, alongside a screenshot of Liam following the star on Instagram.

Another eager fan tweeted "so my liam x camila collab is coming right" sic. We hope so too!

There were rumours in 2018 that ex-One Direction member, Liam, was expanding his career prospects and venturing into acting for a Steven Spielberg film. It's no surprise then that fans are hoping Liam has been cast as Camila's Prince Charming!
