Rita Ora gave an absolutely sensational performance at Hits Radio Live at the Manchester Arena on Saturday 14th July - even teaming up with fellow performer Liam Payne for a fantastic rendition of their hit 'For You'. Rita wowed the audience with her show, even stopping for a costume change halfway through!

Before the show, Rita spoke to Hits Radio's Evening Show presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford, opening up about her recent smash hit 'Girls', which featured Cardi B - who was heavily pregnant at the time!

Rita revealed, "She was fully pregnant when we were together. I’m so happy for her and I have to say something - for someone that was so pregnant, she worked so hard.

"I feel like if I was to ever to have a baby, I would be the biggest nightmare on planet earth! I’d be like, 'Don’t talk to me, give me food!' So to see her like graft and still be super nice, she was really working, you know?"

Rita also discussed her brand new album with Sarah-Jane, which she revealed she's HOPING to put out this year! Exciting!

She said, "I’ve been so back and forth with my label on this. Just making sure the music’s right. November for me, I probably shouldn’t be saying this, but it’s my birth month.

"It would mean the world to me if that’s the day the album went out. I think that’s the aim thus far. I’m definitely putting it out this year."

She also opened up about her recent Instagram photos, "I’ve been doing a lot of sexy pictures recently. You know why – it’s summertime, I’m feeling my body right now, I’m feeling the vibes... I just like to own what I’ve got.

"I don’t think I need to give women any tips on Instagram, I’ve seen some incredible women on Instagram who have literally made a career from social media and you’ve got to give it to them. They look absolutely stunning. As long as you own what you’re doing, whether it’s make up, food, what I do – music, just own it!"
