New Bridgerton season 2 images have DROPPED 👑

Bridgerton season 2 will be making its way to screens in a matter of months, with Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton) taking the lead as the main star of the second season, alongside newcomer Simone Ashley as his potential bride (Kate Sharma).

To get us even more excited, Netflix have released eight brand new images of the new cast settling in, that include some very cute dogs and the upcoming romance between Anthony and Kate.

There’s a few newbies in the second series: as well as Kate, there’s Edwina Sharma, Kate’s sister who also plays a key role in Anthony’s love story, who is played by newcomer Charithra Chandran and Shelley Conn will play the girls’ mother, Lady Mary Sharma.

Actress Nicola Coughhan recently teased a whole lot of drama for the second season, telling Radio Times: "The drama has amped up a lot.

"As I say, we're shooting all those big dramatic scenes for the end. It's exhausting but very satisfying.

"I think it's safe to say that you (will see more of Penelope's life). And you know, those final moments of series one was definitely a peek into her life. I think in series 2 you kind of see how the sausage gets made and all that's happening."

In November 2021, Nicola shared a photo of all the cast watching the final cut with the caption: ‘Came to London to see these rascals and to see Bridgerton Season Two Episode One.

‘And spoiler-it's f**king brilliant.’

Bridgerton Season 2 will arrive on Netflix on 25th March 2022.
