Britain's Got Talent: The Champions has been rumoured for a while, but having been confirmed in the last few months, the team at ITV have released the very first trailer for the new show - and it's pretty explosive.

Confirming that the main Britain's Got Talent team - judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, and presenters Ant & Dec - are all returning for the all-stars show, we also now know that the show will air on ITV on Saturday 31st August... Which isn't long to wait at all!

The incredible trailer also confirms some of the acts who will be taking part in the series, with many coming from all over the world from other countries' versions of the show to come together for one amazing series.

In the trailer, we can see fan-favourites Paul Potts, George Sampson, Richard Jones and Collabro as well as some of the show’s other most memorable acts including Stavros Flatley and Twist and Pulse.

Official press from the ITV team tells us that each week, two acts will make it through to the final. The first will be a Golden Buzzer act chosen by either one of the judges or by Ant & Dec, and the second will be voted by fans in the live audience.

ITV say, 'Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions will bring together the world’s most talented and memorable acts from past series of Got Talent. The acts will compete in this supersized version of BGT, all trying to be crowned the ultimate champion and walk away with the cash prize and coveted Champions Trophy,' also referring to the show as the 'Olympics of Talent'.

Now that we can't wait to see!
