What a week it's been watching Don't Rock The Boat, seeing 12 celebrities battle it out in two teams of six to row the length of the UK from Cornwall to the north of Scotland.

We've been keeping tabs on the celebs which include Hits Radio Breakfast's Fleur East, former Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas, as well as Olympians Victoria Pendleton and Denise Lewis.

Don't Rock The Boat route

The series ends on Friday 6th November, so we thought take a look at some of the highlights of the show, from how the celebs dealt with the endurance of rowing and land challenges, to the tensions between the team members.

Here are the highlights from Don't Rock The Boat:

Craig Charles gets seasick taking part in Don't Rock The Boat

OK, so perhaps not the best bit for viewers to watch, but it was definitely a talking point!
In the first episode, viewers got to see the celebrities' teams, how they dealt with being at sea and THE bucket. Just a few miles into the first leg of the race, Craig Charles and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt both suffered from seasickness, meanwhile Olympic cyclist Victoria Pendleton found herself on the support boat for a number of hours after collapsing.

Adam Thomas takes part in the first land challenge in Don't Rock The Boat

It wasn't long before Fleur East and Adam Thomas for the Red team, and Jack Fincham and Shaun Wallace for the Blue team had to take part in the first land challenge, forward repelling down a cliff face whilst collecting a series of bouys!

Kimberly Wyatt takes part in the land challenge

On Tuesday Don't Rock The Boat viewers got to see the celebrities take on two legs of the epic journey. In the second leg of the race (first leg of the episode) from Fishguard to Abersoch, Fleur East and Adam Thomas (red team) had their first chance in the boat alongside team captain Jodie Kidd and Victoria Pendleton.

Meanwhile, in the blue team it was Shaun Wallace and Jack Fincham who joined their teammates Lucy Fallon and Joe Weller, while Denise Lewis and Kimberly Wyatt stayed on land for the challenge - which they won!

Tensions rise in both teams

In episode three tensions were high in both teams as tiredness set in and the varying abilities of the contestants began to show through.
Craig shocked his teammates by telling them he wouldn't be rowing that day, instead he and Tom stayed on land for the challenge.

Meanwhile in the blue team, Jack felt left out of the team when he wasn't included in the team's group hug, but they managed to work things out after a bit of heated discussion.
Viewers also got to see Craig and Adam take on a land challenge against Shaun and Lucy, who ultimately won it. This resulted in yet another luxury night's stay for their team, while Fleur and her team found themselves in the tent for yet another night!

The Blue team win James Cracknell for the next leg

The Blue team have been behind throughout most of the rowing race so far, at one point around three hours behind their competitors.

However, by winning their land challenges each time, they were lucky enough to find themselves being treated to a luxury night's stay throughout the race, rather than the tents.

So, with another land challenge win, the Blue team won Olympian James Cracknell for the next leg! With so much expertise and stamina, James rowed for seven hours non-stop, managing to reduce the Red team's lead to just one hour and 22 minutes.

The Red and Blue team take on another land challenge

Could the Red team finally win a land challenge? Unfortunately not! After trying their best at a treasure hunt for bouys, it was the Blue team that were once again winners of the land challenge.
