As filming for the new series took place earlier this year, with the reunion show being filmed in July, relationship experts Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas have been getting fans excited by sharing spoilers.

Appearing on This Morning with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary in May, Mel confessed that the upcoming series will be on a 'different level'.

When Alison asked: "What about the UK version? Is that coming back?" Mel excitedly said: "Yes. We are filming it right now."

Alison then asked: "How's it going?", to which Mel responded: "Incredible! I cannot say anything yet. It's incredible. It's a different level."

A source also told OK! Magazine: “This season of MAFS UK has just finished filming and it is very explosive. There’s wife swapping, massive rows and even a physical altercation between two of the grooms. One of them was even removed from the show.

“Since filming ended, the cast’s WhatsApp group chat has blown up. The two grooms are going head-to-head and are planning a boxing fight between them.

“The reunion is due to be filmed in July and at this rate it will be explosive.”

MAFS and Celebs Go Dating star Paul C Brunson also confessed the upcoming series will have 'explosive drama' with a 'diverse cast'.

He said: "We’re almost finished filming this series and I think this will be our most incredible one yet. The one thing I can say about it is that I think we have the most diverse cast that I’ve ever seen on any reality dating show in the world. As a result of it being so extremely diverse, that creates so much conversation and drama. Every day I show up to set and don’t know what to expect – and what happened would always blow my mind. It’s been a crazy series."

Going on to reveal how different the cast is this time round, he added: "Very, very different. When we were in the early stages of casting and matching, the first thing I noticed was how different the people were. It’s interesting to see because the diverse cast means that it sparks even more conversation and even more drama among the group."

When the publication asked Paul to describe the series in three words, he simply said: "Explosive, explosive, explosive".

We CANNOT wait! 🙌

Married at First Sight UK starts on Monday 18th September at 9pm on E4.
